It gets you into the infotainment system, not sure how far removed the engine's computer is from that?

What year make and model is your vehicle? In the 2nd picture the button layout almost looks more like a K2XX '15-'20 Model year?

lol, none of that is going to do anything to your motor, you need a tuner and credits or just reach out to @BlackBearPerf they can help you out.
all you need is a few $$ and you are golden like a goose.
your vehicle does not run on android sorry to break it to you. some of the info-tainment does.
