OK.

Does the noise come from all 4 door speakers at the same time?

Can't tell. I have 8 speakers. Definitely in the front.
does it make the noise with key-on, engine off? if so then it's possibly a internal radio issue, be sure everything else is off when testing hvac, lights, etc.

Nope. Only with engine running and directly related to RPM.
then either there is a bad ground connection somewhere or the radio is going out
you can try cleaning up grounds, the battery ground and there is also a ground on each side of the truck pretty much right up under the front wheel well area on the frame that get gunked up. maybe look the gm upfitter guide webpage and try and locate the radio ground wire, they have wiring diagrams
@swathdiver may have it on his aldaty

Are you running your bluetooth from the AUX port?

I run BT in the AUX port and started to get this about a year ago, it is the connection in the jack, if I "spin" the jack in the port it clears up and gets worse, depending on the rotation.
