High beam access, top or bottom?

is it easier to access the high beam bulbs by removing/accessing through the wheel well, or removing the second battery tray on the drivers side? I know the answer on the passenger side since I was the CAI installer.

I didn't have to remove the battery tray. It should be accessible without removing anything, just need small hands.

Low beam is above it. I will look again, but I thought it was below. But then again, my eyes aren’t as good as the young lads.

Success. YouTube is wonderful. I completed the project. LEDs too and bottom now.
