The truck is 2012 Yukon Denali XL with 90k miles.
This happened since yesterday. I did an oil change and it didn't help.
Please help to diagnose if this is because of the sensor, oil pump, o-ring or something else.
This is my only car. I can work on it during weekend. Just want to make sure I work on the correct path.
Thank you for your kind help.
Best regards.

Well, I didn't hear any knocking when it was a zero for awhile. I'm going to speculate that you have a flakey pressure sender. That would be the easiest, cost effective solution to try on a weekend, or week night. Just look up past threads for input on how to replace it w/o a lot of hassle if you are mechanically inclined and don't mind some scuffed up hands.

Does the engine change sounds at all while this is happening?

wow doing that at idle, looks like a sender to me.
look at the wiring the best you can while doing it, make sure you don't have a short or dirty connection.

Thank you all for advice. I will start from sensor replacement.
I'm confused at what part # is correct for my car. I found different part #. Which one is correct for 2012 Denali 6.2L engine?

1. Amazon ACDelco Store: ACDelco 12673134, Dimensions(LxWxH) 2.9x1.6x1.2 inches (list as not fit 2012 Yukon XL Denali), but view said it fitted 2014 Denali.

2. Amazon ACDelco Store: ACDelco 213-4411/12673134 Dimensions(LxWxH) 2.8x1.6x1.2 inches (list as fit), no view mentioned about Denali.

3. Rockauto: 12673134/Interchange Numbers 2134411

4. Alldata repair manual: 12621234

Rock auto seems to have good info. I'd go with their interchange number. Either would work it looks like. Compare pics and make sure they look the same or very similar
