Headlights shut off intermittently

When I move the steering wheel up the headlights go off, when down they turn back on. Sometimes not though. Very confused. Checked, all the fuses are good. High/low beams work (when it's actually working), turn signals, taillights, all work. Headlight switch or wiring harness? I've never got that deep into the electrical before. Any thoughts?

I think so. I"m gonna order a new multifunction switch and see if that works.
