Ok guys,

I am out of ideas. I have some sort of haze from wax or clear coat from automatic car washes. I have thrown all of the following at it with no luck.

Dawn soap with hot water with a scotch pad
Clay bar
All kinds of window cleaner
Vinegar and water
Acetone
Rubbing compound

Nothing seems to work. Please help!

Thanks in advance!

The use of scotch pad may be the issue.

I'd suggest Meguiars Ultimate Compound applied with a DA polisher using a pad designed to apply polish or wax.

With everything you've used and it didn't cut through it, that's just weird.

It might sound stupid but, what about using a razor blade to scrape it?

What model Rupes do you have?
