Project name "Undercover Sleeper"

What I have done, so far (as of 28OCT19)

- Ported LS7 Throttle body (bought a new one and ported it before I had the truck LOL)
- AriRaid MIT intake tube / AEM dry filter
- Airbox mod (opened up inner fender and matched the Airbox)
- Denso IR plugs / Taylor 10.4mm plug wires
- Holley powder coated valve covers (Tall)
- UDR Catch can (black with black braided lines)
- Range AFM Disabler - Money well spent already
- Rear resonator delete
- Cleaned the MAF
- Royal Purple HMX oil change
- Royal Purple 75w90 Diff service
- AC Delco PPV front rotors
- AC Delco PPV Semi-Metallic pads
- Rear pads
- OEM DIC install
- OEM Steering wheel Stereo controls
- LED light bar, LED tag bulbs, LED brake lights, LED Dome lights (red)
- AC Delco Professional front sway bar end links
- New tires (Goodyear Eagle Ultra Grip GW-3 - 265/60R17) - AMAZING in the rain

- Dropped the spare tire out, deleted the spare hoist/holder, removed OEM bottlejack and tool kit, removed the spare battery tray, removed about 5 lbs of spare antenna cable from the rear of the truck, removed excess brackets and cabling from under dash


Next up -

* Tow/Haul shifter (25807851) OEM part/direct bolt on (need to order)
* Port a factory intake manifold (ordered/arrives Tuesday/I will port on Friday)
* New headlight housings w/ LED HI & Lows (Waiting on H11 LEDs /TUEDAY)
* 60k trans service (fluid/filter) (Friday)
* Replace both Trans cooler lines (AC Delco) (Friday)
* Gear swap with locker (Yukon Gear & Axle - Ring/pinion and Truetrac locker)


In the next few weeks

* Flush the DOT3 - maybe Friday
* Replace the driver side seat cushion and cover (top/bottom)
* Leather steering wheel
* Weather Tech or Husky mats (Before snow)
* Kooks long tube headers w/ Kooks Catted Y-Pipe
* Yella Terra Rocker Arms (1.8 ratio)
* Dyno Tune (LMP, Baltimore)

In the Spring

* Lower - 2/2, Belltech kit from @NORCAL SS
* AFM delete (w/ LS7 lifters, LS9 headgaskets, C5R timing chain set, Melling oil pump) Req's dyno tuning
* Brian Tooley Racing cam (unsure on which grind) or LS9 cam - Req's dyno tuning
* LSA Supercharger (in the garage, need finish Porting/rebuild) - Req's dyno tuning
* Meth injection
* Big brake kit ( I will probably do another Wilwood set up, custom build like I did for my Colorado)

Well here is this mornings progress with pictures of course.

New headlight assemblies, LEDs in the Highs and Lows.

And prepping for some port work since the new intake manifold arrived.

Well parts arrived and I was in a porting mood......so I got back to work

Got tow/haul mode now, a DIC and steering wheels controls......I'm happy now.

And I got the front of the intake manifold done......just gotta do the runners now (Friday)
