2008 Yukon Denali. 137k miles.
Going in for oil pan gasket (leaking), oil pickup tube o-ring. Front CV shaft, front and rear diff service, transfer case service.
Anything else I should be doing or looking out for while in this area of the truck etc?

I would consider transmission fluid change, new serpentine belt, battery, check the brakes, if any of those have not already been done.

Trans needs done, that's next on the list (going to an actual tranny shop for that).
Battery is new within last 5 years or so and checked out good last time. Brakes are all new.
Good call on serp belt!

Do both axle shafts and since you are doing fluid services: power steering fluid flush and if did not do with brakes, do a brake fluid flush.

Install gm updated driver side valve cover if hasn't been done before - GM# 12570427.
Install a catch can inline between the ds valve cover and intake. Catch can.JPG

Conflicting amounts on front and rear diff and transfer case fluid amounts.
I have:
Front 1.4 L
Rear 2 or 2.6 L ?
Transfer 1.4 L

That battery is old! Down here in the south we're lucky to see them last that long.

Front differential takes 1.51 quarts and the rear differential takes 2.15 quarts. I'm not up on those transfer cases.

Check your u-joints while down there and your exhaust manifold bolts and studs and gaskets.

How are the motor mounts?
How are the engine oil cooler lines?
How are the transmission oil cooler lines?
How are the power steering lines and cooler lines?

Check the front differential mounts and bushings. Sooner or later the bushings will wear and start to clunk.
