GMC hood on Tahoe

Keeping the lights. Figuring out a good way to extend the hood without welding is what's getting tricky and requires research on my part.

But, very doable.

That and merging two bumpers into one.

What are you trying to merge? The HD bumper is the same as the non HD bumper. The only difference is the bumper cap. The HD has a 2 inch body lift. so the 01-02 HD grill comes down a little bit farther than the standard nbs Tahoe grill. While the bumper cap comes extends a little higher on the sides. Are you trying to just add the top corner of the cap to fill the gap to the fender?
