Hi all,
Picked up my 2022 Tahoe RST last week. I’ll post up some pics and details in another thread but wanted to get everyone’s thoughts on fitment of the dealer-installed splash guards. They do not fit tight to the body and look like they will let in dirt and moisture. The adhesive strip isn’t sealing the joint either. Is this a big deal?
Another problem - the dealer I purchased from is 3 hours away so it’s not easy to just pop in and have them fix it. What would you do?

I’d say it’s going to be pretty impossible to get these flaps sealed tight against the body at every point. Not trying to be a negative Nancy, but I think this is one place where weather tech has GM beat on flaps. They fit tight, and They don’t have that big lip over collection area to accumulate debris and salt etc..

Thanks for pointing that out. I received mine but haven't installed them yet on my Denali. I had the Weathertechs on my 2017 Yukon and they were great. Based on your comments I ordered Weathertechs.

If anybody is interested in a set of Yukon factory mudflaps let me know and I'll give you a good price.

Thanks for the input guys. Bringing it in to a local dealer for a fitment adjustment (at my dealer's cost). If they can't get it installed properly I'll be asking them to remove them for a refund and going with Weathertech.

My W/T splash guards fit great. I had them fro my 21 Premier but never got around to installing. Selling dealer door the Z71 installed them for $70 when they did the running boards and took about an hour for both.

I had a set of GM flaps on order, canceled it and order the Weather Techs. Has anyone got some installed photos of the W/T set they could share? Not much out there online (still waiting on my Yukon order).
