I will say that while I didn't have any P219A/B codes, I did have issues with my ethanol % creeping higher and higher with successive fill ups of regular (10% ethanol) fuel. Given enough fill ups my ethanol % as read by my Tech 2 would be showing around 50% which obviously was making the truck run rich on the regular fuel.
I had changed the O2 sensors prior to this problem, as preventative maintenance.
After realizing that I was having issues with the virtual ethanol sensor calculating the proper percentage, and after exhausting all other possibilities (MAF, MAP, Vacuum leaks) I decided to order some different O2 sensors.
Even though my local Advance auto parts computer said these were correct for my flex fuel truck, my truck didn't like them, and they are clearly a different design from the ones I installed that solved the problem.
New O2 sensor, that solved my issue, on the left in this pic
New O2 sensor on the right in this picture.
Both are Denso but the P-B664 gave me issues.
So there must be something to be said for the difference in the two styles.
I never had any more issues with it calculating ethanol incorrectly, but I eventually did add a physical ethanol sensor because I feel like it would have to be more accurate.
