I would drop the tank but I an not opposed to holes for access to the captured nuts for the straps.

Currently getting a key cut from code at the dealer. They wanted $20 for the blank. The local hardware store gave one to me.

Might have an access panel under the rear seat, although I'm not familiar with these.

The punched key is better but the ignition lock cylinder is shot. New AcDelco on the way.

As an added this thing has a remote starter in it but no fobs…
