Front struts for 3/5 drop

Just received my mcgauphys 3/5 drop kit for my 2010 Tahoe LT. I’ve already done the free travel mod, have purchased short bump stops, and have the Belltech 2410FF shorter rear shocks. What’s the best strut option? It seems a lot of struts are no longer available. I’ve tried to source the blistein 5100’s and the Belltech 25003’s with no luck. At this point the only real options available are KYB’s. Anyone had any experience with the KYB monomax? Any info or opinions welcome.

Just curious, how does McGaughy's achieve the 3" in the front?

2" spindles and coil springs or coil spring drop cups or ???

I am guessing at these options since you are asking about strut recommendations, I assume the kit doesn't come with drop struts.

FYI... I purchased a set of Belltech 25004 for my 2015 Silverado that I tried on my 2011 Tahoe and they worked fine. The center shaft just had a little more threads exposed than the 25003's but worked and dropped the 2 inches I wanted. Hope this helps!

I got these when I lowered with the belltech 2 inch spindles. Paired with kyb monomax in the rear. It rides great. Reason I bought the strut spring combo is cuz I needed new ones and I didn't wanna deal with spring compressors. These are just OEM replacements. Still great quality though.
