Took the truck in for an oil change (Mobile 1 synthetic) and sent out the sample to Blackstone for analysis.
The shop cleaned out the throttle body while it was there and said it was pretty dirty. Been traveling with work so not as much time to do those little things and when your friend is the owner of the shop, they do those little things while it is in there.
Fast forward 24 hours. Wife comes home with the kids and the DIC is showing low tire pressure and they saw something sticking out of the tire. WTF!!
2 spots. Looked like a nail in the middle of the tread and a broken off screw slowly dropping the pressure. Luckily the same tire.
Rather than have to deal with a flat tire in the morning, I backed the truck down over the sidewalk, so it was off the decline and lifted her up (of course a few people had to walk around with their dogs hahahaha)
. A big no-no in the neighborhood to block the sidewalk. Took longer to get it set up than to change out the spare.
Sent my buddy a message that my wife would be there for doors open at 0730 as I had to go to the airport at 1100. Wife got there at 0715 and there were already 5-6 people waiting in line to get service. The Suburban was home in 1 hour. Thanks man!

Maybe I should just rock the spare tire look?
