If you park on level ground, yes.

I parked like this, with my front end lower than the rear. No trans fluid came out.

I had napa machine shop press out and press in the u-joints from driveshaft and new slip yoke. I bought 2 new u-joints from napa because I wanted ones with zerk fittings. I removed the old trans extension piece and installed the new one. Greased the yoke splines and installed the driveshaft. Took it for a ride and no noise over speed bumps and no **clunk** when stopping and taking off.

do truck have 2 slip yoke? sorry a newbie want fix this problem myself

Nope, only one.
Two u-joints and 1 yoke.

Thank you sir, the nickel plated yokes are the new part that came in to replace old? Are those need to bee grease as well

Any time, glad I could help.
Not sure about the nickel plated ones replacing the old. I got mine from GM, not sure if its nickel or not.
No grease, put some trans fluid on the shaft before inserting it.
