Fixing or reassembling rear floor compartment handle

For some reason the handle assembly that is flush on rear floor compartment came undone and trying to figure out how to reassemble. One part has spring unit and one is black plastic backing. Instructions or pics please.

my handle did the same thing. I thought I popped it back in place, but noticed my wife broke it again.

I don’t have a diagram handy but GM parts direct or maybe even Rockauto might. Worse case scenario look at the other seat.
