Anyone know how I can diagnose or what part of 01 Tahoe audio setup powers the factory sub ? Does this truck have a factory amplified setup
The doors all work great 4 channels running off a jvc single din . The previous owner stated he got the truck with a 8" Sony replacement in the rear but it never put out sound .
Would this be due too having the aftermarket radio in ? Ultimately Bypassing the amp that runs the sub on a low pass frequency. I have not removed the radio but I'm sure it must have a pac harness system if it's running the door speakers just fine. I just want to get the subwoofer working .
