Okay so my 2009 tahoe usually always runs at 210 engine temp. Past 2 days it’s been a little lower. Any idea what’s going on??? Is this okay?? Something broke???37827545-F9D9-4CA5-A4D2-AB7F5317F61E.jpeg

Still in the normal range but that's sometimes a symptom of a thermostat sticking open. Easy fix to put a new thermostat in.

Looks fine to me. The guages aren't dead nuts. If you have a scan tool, see what the ecm says. If not, use and IR gun on the upper radiator hose to get an approximate temp.

If it's fluctuating back and forth, then you could have low coolant /air in the system. What is your ambient outside temp? Cooler days will change that a little.

If the ECM shows lower than what it should be (190F I believe, plus/minus a few degrees), then maybe you have a thermostat that is getting weak and partially bypassing.

Either way, it's a simple job to do.

Not much to worry about but IMO, get an AC Delco/Genuine GM thermostat ordered at RA and while you are at it, I always like to install a new water outlet housing. I am assuming the coolant level is still full. Yes, attach a scanner for a second opinion. How old is the thermostat?
