I have a 2002 tahoe LT that is having some electrical issues. The radio started going in and out on it's own so I thought it had an internal short and I tried to replace with an aftermarket one. This one wouldn't power on so I checked the power leads with a volt meter and found that the switched power was only 1.8 volts. I switched it on then off again and it went to 12.2 but then dropped to 4 and the radio switched back off. The other accessories seam to be sluggish like they are not getting enough power as well. The supply power from the battery never changes, just the switched. The ignition switch has been replaced before as the doors don't match the ignition but I don't know when. Any suggestions???

Also the dome lights are flickering like they are not getting constant power. The alternator is only a few months old as well but the constant power holds steady.

Also the dome lights are flickering like they are not getting constant power. The alternator is only a few months old as well but the constant power holds steady. And I have the same problem with the engine off. BCM?
