Does anyone know if you can remove the top of the spoiler by just removing the 6 Philips screws from the bottom of the spoiler? Or do you have to remove the nuts and hex screws as well? I'm trying to isolate a vibration that is between the metal plate and plastic cover. Thanks

I have been battling the exact same thing, and ultimately did remove / separate the two pieces of the spoiler (removed screws and nuts). I would love to know if you were ultimately successful in your attempt to eliminate the vibration. I can tell you all that I’ve done to date (with minimal success). Thanks

Why not try removing 6 screws instead of asking if it works to remove the 6 screws?
