Do you really mean that your fuel trims FELL to 50%? STs were in the 30s in your screen shots....

Look in your scanner for Cam crank correlation or CMP,CMP Retard, or similar as your comment on timing alerted me a bit. setting is O+- 2degrees at over 1000 RPM steady.

Here were the screen shots from when I was warming up the truck. I could only get it to 167*F as it was 20*F outside with a windchill to make it 8*F that day.

These are the only live parameters I can see on this Foxwell scanner

Did you get the o-ring sorted out on the injector housing?

You may have a lower setpoint thermostat on it, I think 190-F is stock?

Your bank 1 trims are sort of ok - short plus long term should be around 10% or less. Bank 2 is off, that’s for sure. Increase rpm and see how they respond.

The last fuel trims listed with the oxygen sensor readings are catalyst monitors. The 99.2% should mean that the catalyst is doing its job.
