DL3 Switches???

Do both the driver's side and passenger's side window switches need to be from a DL3 optioned vehicle when doing the conversion ?

Just needed to confirm this past part on the switches. The part numbers are the same for w/ or w/o DL3 option, 20835554? If it didn’t come from a DL3 vehicle, can it still be programmed by a dealer to work with the DL3 option?
