I actually worked for Monaco Motorhomes, out here in Eugene, Oregon, a few years back. They built them with different types/suppliers of chassis and all the other components. They sourced all kinds of components from many different suppliers. My 2nd wife, who passed in 2011, was a parts manager there and I suspected what I just said and recognized many OE part numbers from my auto shop/light truck days.

I can't really make much from that photo, but yes, I've seen a lot of GM motorhomes. I've seen them from the 80s on that Vandura cab with the 5.7 & 7.4/TH400.

Also in the 2000s on the Express Van cabin with the LQ4/4L80e. I think those were like 16k GVWR. And they made them on the Workhorse platform with the 8.1/Allison 1000 transmission.

I think he's referring to the headlights. Hard to tell from the pic, but they're probably GMT900 headlights. What I've noticed is the headlights and taillights seem to often be from the same brand as the motorhome's power train.

In addition to the other good information offered here, GM also makes RV chassis, but Ford tends to dominate there with their v10 previously and now with their 7.3L gasser v8. That said, GM did make a line of motorhomes starting in 1972, and they're among the coolest ever built, in my opinion. They used a modified Olds Toronado FWD drivetrain with the 455 gasser v8:
