Decent lift for money and quality?

Howdy,

For my '01 Yukon 2wd with 3.73's, I'm looking for a little bit more lift than a 2.5" leveling. Is there a 3-4" lift for around the same price as the leveling, and not some $1800? I want a good bit of lift but not break the bank. Can anyone tell me why there is such a large price jump? I know this question has probably been asked over several times, and believe me I have done my research on these lifts...just wanted to see if y'all had anything to turn up. Thanks. Also wondering If the 2wd and 4x4 lift kits are interchangeable...as I see only mostly 4x4 kits. Thanks.
