Kinda makes me want to build my own really. The materials cost wouldn't be astronomically high and I could probably have it done in a day. If you don't own a welder, it looks like it'd be a pretty good route to go.

I never trust Craigslist. But you are close enough to go see if the place is legit. As for the size...same size as the rack on there now IMO

Pat: I wish i had a welding machine, and knew how to weld lol im gunna take a welding class with my wife at the local community college next summer :Handshake:

Bowtie: This guy lives about 15-20 minutes away from me so seeing him wouldn't be a problem.

Brandon: Yeah i got a nice laugh outta it too haha

This is what the guy emailed me,

"would be around 225 to 250 for a tahoe rack with 4 light tabs up front to, 2 in the rear, and two mounts for jack and shovel on either side. spare tire sits in the basket secured by nut n bolt. includes mounting hardware and installation."

The price isn't bad for what it comes with and installation (although I could mount that rack myself though lol)
