Cowl area noise..

So I found out what it was.... when you pop the hood at the back of the engine compartment is a plastic piece with a rubber weatherstrip on it. Well the edges of the plastic piece were loose and the rubber strip just slides side on it with like 4in of play. I threw some 200mph tape on it test it and it's 85% gone.
So I'll look into replacing it once I actually replace/repaint the hood. Thanks for all the help guys.
