Most of what Is in the price range I can afford has the mileage between 175, and 200, is it worth looking into a power train warranty?

Is a tricky question... I can vouch for 3rd gen small block and 4L60E... when properly cared for it will go until you're sick of the truck. Mine had 240k before I swapped motor. Only because I am an idiot and blew up engine servicing it.

The problem isnt so much can it last... is how it was maintained. If you know with certainty it was cared for and mainteced to the book, it should run like a tank, no problems... especially without the AFM, active fuel management stuff.

Cant wait to see in a couple of years what happened when some of them are going to be considered 'antique'.... I'm going to get my antique plate next year here in FL (2002 Tahoe)

Well since the Govt has the printing pressing running overtime and the rate of inflation is reDICKulous I'm preparing for the crash.

1) just refi'd my house at 2.25% on a 15 yr mortgage

2) taking spare money & resources and investing in the crypto currency markets; they're not dependent on the gold standard or inflation.

3) paying everything off.......no debt increases your spending power when everything goes on fire sales like they did in 2008.

Now I wonder what I would get offered for my '10 PPV with only 83k on the clock

I mentioned the high prices a month ago. They are even higher now. Low mileage Tahoe's from 2012-14 going for the mid to upper $30K's!
Plus I still don't see any pre-2015's at my local GM dealers.

I spent a few months looking for mine and bought one last October. Looking now seems like I got a good deal.

It’s a 2015 Tahoe LTZ with 104k miles, paid 28k at a dealer.

I bought a 2011 LT Tahoe with the premium package so sunroof leather but no Nav in January of this year. It had 103k on it for $16k seemed a bit steep but it was a one owner bought serviced and sold at the same dealer. I’ve seen a 2016 XL Denali with 250k on go for $28k that’s insane.
I just bought a 2016 Yukon XL Denali with 144k on it for 30k. Sounds like I got a decent price.

A 20 year old vehicle is considered antique in Florida?

Most states it's 25 or 30 years
