Yup. If it's for VVT, it's a center bolt cam. There are 4X cam sprockets for 3-bolt cams, but no 1X sprockets for center bolt cam. I bet it wouldn't be difficult to machine a 3-bolt sprocket to work, though. Probably just open the bore a little and maybe some face machining or spacing. You'd still have to account for the advance built into the VVT cam.
