On the 4th attempt to diagnose, here’s what they say:
Good news- We’ve got it diagnosed! It’s what’s called the image processing module or the active safety module. This module stopped communicating all together and all the modules need communicate to work efficiently. When one has an issue, it can effect multiple. This also explains why the alerts were popping up and going away so quickly, you may not have noticed but we did.
The part is on back order, however we have escalated the part because we are treating it as a brand new vehicle. I will know more about when I can get my hands in a part hopefully tomorrow!
