I have an Otterbox Commuter case on mine, but even without it, I cannot get the phone to charge. It's a bit frustrating.

Change out the charging module for the 2018 & 2019 charging module and you should not have a problem.

I thought I had seen that somewhere. Thanks!
The new module will not help with the size of the device issue. I believe you would need the console lid from a esky or Silverado, but I’m not sure which one. Drop by a dealer and take a look with your device.

For those of you that have a Full Center Console with 2016-2017 Wireless Charging Lid, upgrade the Wireless Charging Module to the 2018 Module (Part # 13521066).

I did this and mine is fine. If you have a plus/max iPhone, you wil need a different lid to accommodate the wider phone.
