Well dug into it a little has spark and the injectors are pulsing. But pull the intake tube off between the maf and throttle body while it was idling and seemed to make no difference. The readings on maf didn't change.

the readings probably wont change unless there is more air moving, you could try unplugging the maf though, I would stick a fuel pressure gauge on it just to verify the fuel pressure and to see if maybe it is leaking down fast or something.

Unplugged it and no change in idle. Unplugged map sensor and started to atumble. But fuel pressure seemed like it was good when trying to start when it would crank with no start. But then held gas pedal down and then turn key and it started but it was a hard start

do you have a fuel pressure gauge connected? or just going by the scanner?

Either replace the MAF: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=9551044&cc=1433252&jsn=3382 or get a cleaning kit at parts store to clean it and clean the throttle body as well. Can't hurt and is a common source of frustrations here at the forum. Plus the pedal down and then started also maybe points at a MAP sensor.

These recommendations are a shot in the dark because I felt for sure you were losing spark, injector pulse or fuel pressure.

Well new maf and map sensor made the idle better but now stumbles pretty bad and starts when warm. But pulled the old map sensor and it was covered in oil thinking might have to get the updated valve covers or if it is better to get aftermarket with out the pcv in the cover?
