Finally it works again.
Actually one previous owner didn't put it right together so when I did see it I rearrange some parts and bent the rod so it did look like all pictures I have seen on the net. Mine was to long and did make every move to little on the lever on the transmission, so I shortened it and now everything are adjusted as the original.

And must say it shift like a true dream, don't feel a gear and no slip.
