Bushings for aluminum LCA/UCA? Ball joint for aluminum UCA?

Hello, I am working on the front suspension. I would like to keep the control arms aluminum. Does anyone sell bushings for the aluminum arms? And does anyone sell a ball joint for the upper arm? It would be nice to keep the arms and replace those serviceable parts. So far I have only found ball joints for the lower arms. I don't think they sell the OEM aluminum arms anymore, they switched to stamped steel, and the best aftermarket option I see is Mevotech TTX aluminum arms, which are $200 per arm on rockauto.

I think that you would be better off purchasing the entire control arm assembly, versus trying to replace bushings and ball joints.
