Body Bushing Assist

Replacing Body Bushings on 03 Tahoe. What is the best way to lift the body from the frame? Used 2x4s to span from one mount to another but just can’t get enough lift height to remove them. Do I need to remove the rear shocks? First timer and don’t want to stick the jack through the floor pan.

Turbo thanks. Watched that one too, but still can’t get enough body frame separation to remove the old bushings.
