Nice work . I used jbweld on a few gouges on my Denali cover and they've been holding up great. Wouldn't trust it to hold the cap and bumper cover together tho lol.
I use a flexible two part filler designed for plastics. The seam will be "welded" and melted together along with some metal mesh for strength.

Mt Rainier?

I found some wheels for sale locally that I liked. $300 with everything (though the tires will need to be replaced next year) and I've got a second set to roll around on while I fix my 24s.

22x9.5 MKW m105s. In chrome, unfortunately.

Going to clean up the 24s and repaint them. Once I get these off, they will get a new finish as well.

What'd you do to close the bumper fender gap?

What are you using to bond it together?
basically plastic weld with a bunch of metal mesh. Then I'll rough it up and use a flexible filler for plastics to give it a nice smooth transition

just mounted the bumper in a manner that it sat where I wanted it when I did the hd front.

More work has been done, though it's going slow with family in town, painting a 3d printed baby Groot, and working on a drawing of a friends Colorado all while working on the tahoe's random parts as I go...

Anyway, changing the wheels a bit... going to be a gunmetal color when done. Also fixing the lip and changing up the transition a bit from the spoke to the rim. No one will ever notice...
