German TUV sucks...those guys are crazy... they want to "save the world "..LOL.

About Stainless steal... if I use them - would it be harder to get the brake lines sealed ?

If you do not have a high grade flaring tool and experience flaring, then yes.

the stainless steel lines I have...came from Dorman. ready to install.

i've found that a very thin wooden twig will help the flaring tool that's been stripped out.

i'm still hunting for the damned 5/16 with 1/4 bore inverted flare nuts though.

i have to wonder if a 5/16 line would have been better and 5/16 flare nuts.
