Well, I bought the black Gorilla locking nuts, the set where every lug is a lock and an extra socket. We wash the car a couple times a month at least and live a few miles from the ocean as the crow flies. They began rusting so Gorilla sent me a new set and said to pay more attention to them while washing the car. Maybe a coat of wax or clear acrylic paint would help? Haven't put the new ones on yet. Maybe their others black lugs are powder coated.
