New update
Changed the negative battery cable
Changed the alternator
Still with the same issue
Any ideas ?

Had a problem with our 2016 Tahoe yesterday. Wouldn't crank, had various alarms including Battery Saver and Low Battery Voltage. Got messages to open and close the windows, jump up and down on one foot, etc. Had normal voltage on the battery using a voltmeter.

Turned out that the plastic box on top of the battery contains a terminal strip that connects the battery cables to other harnesses, and there was a bad connection in there. Loosened and tightened all the retaining nuts, went through the window drill, and it started.
