All batteries lose charge, as there are always some circuits in the vehicle that stay active, even when the vehicle is turned off.
Can you provide some additional details, like how long between fully charged and not enough juice to start the truck?
What is the age/condition of the battery? Have you removed the battery, and taken it to a local auto parts store and have it load tested on a bench load tester?
