Audio Options

I am missing a few of my audio options under the sound menu. There are supposed to be some presets where you can select "normal", "surround", and "Rear". I see none of these. The only one I have is "talk"

Anybody know why this is? Is it something else I have to get the dealer to do, like my not being able to scroll through all of the preset pages?

I believe that option is only on some radios... I forgot whose I was in, maybe a dealer loaner, but it didn't have any of those options either

Which audio system do you have? LTZ + Nav should have those options. I have them on mine...

Yep...LTZ+ Nav. I had those options when I first bought the vehicle. I do not recall having those options after the dealership replaced my alternator, but I cant point the finger directly at that particular instance. Did any of the Nav Disc changes (3.0 to 4.0 to 4.1) have anythind to do with it?

I think the option was accidentally added to those radios, so the disc change update got rid of them. They are only meant for the Escalade's custom-tuned interior.
