App radio to rear headrest monitors

Illright so I have a Myron and Davis headrest monitors in with a separate DVD player and a pioneer app radio that I just added. I know that you can watch Netflix and all that junk on the appradio. And I was just wondering if I could get the headrest monitors to play the movie off my appradio. Any help is highly appreciated because I honestly have no clue
