Anyone have a 95 a/c dash controller with rear defrost laying around?

I can tell you with 100% certainty that ACDelco 15-72266 is the part you will need for a 95. Updated to match the innards of the 96-99 units which don't have issues the 95s did.

Also the G80 and G90 codes mentioned earlier are for axle descriptions, not drum sizes.
G80 AXLE,REAR,POSITRACTION,LIMITED SLIP
G90 AXLE REAR 3.15 RATIO

RPO brake codes start with a JB. You mentioined 11" drums so you should see JB6 in your RPO code sticker.

Matt went and pulled a 95 controller for me from the yard and it looks gorgeous. I have the harness that will run it and I'm super stoked. I discovered my right turn signal indicator on my new cluster is out so when we switch out the a/c controller, the cluster will get pulled and swap that burned out light.

My RPO code for my brakes is JB5, which would be the 10" but nope, they switched out the rear end at some point because I definitely have 11" drums on the rear. I'm still terrified to even crack open the rear end. It makes no noise, I don't use the 4x4 because it's my daily so I'm just going to keep going. No caveats there because then I'll jinx myself. Thanks for the input @haks310
