Anyone give me any advice to take off a body lift?

Just picked up my new project Friday 14 hr round trip to South Carolina the Tahoe done great and i still don’t know how I made it there and back in one piece using the U-Haul trailer that diddnt hardly fit anything I put on it!
Anyways plans are to fix the transmission for now as it and the motor has been replaced and rebuild
Take off the body lift
Start collecting pieces for my sas coil over swap
Main questions are will I need new bolts if so anyone know the size or just google cab bushings/bolt kits?
Still surprised how clean this 97 is. No rust anywhere on it

Luckily me neighbor around the block turned out to be a ls swap and straight axle guru and used to build mud bog race trucks down in Florida and Georgia he’s going to help me do the ls swap 6.0 4l80 build me a custom gauge cluster and wiring harness to run the engine and help get the hydraulic steering and other odds and ends squared away he said when we got done it would have cruise control ac and be able to run 70+ down the highway comfortable here is a round about idea of my plans and also a couple pics of his previous builds. Looks like I’ll be able to do this build in my back yard after all! I knew jr was a country boy but diddnt know he did all this on his own Lucky to have someone knowledgeable on doing these swaps in the area im in as I thought I would have to go 3 hr away to find the nearest shop to help me.

After talking to him we’re just going to cut the body lift down to 1” or so to help with clearance on the firewall when we do the motor headers and blower should be more then enough room
