Anybody ever built their own center console sub enclosure?

I want to add a 10 if I can fit it, under my center console. I'm damn sure not payin 400+ for a prefabbed enclosure...Have any of you guys ever built your own box in there ?

We've got some good audio fabricators here so just give it some time. I bet someone has some ideas

No one has "really" built a box under there that I know of. A friend of mine is playing with his Yukon right now and put a 6.5" woofer in place of the factory woofer.

But he's having issues with the mid bass drivers in the door competing and canceling the woofer in the console. I'll report back on what happens. But I don't know of anyone that has made a 10" box down there.
