Any issues with lux upgrade with aftermarket head unit?

Great; thanks for the reply. How do you know if it is not wired properly? I heard that you can't turn the volume down smoothly? I guess I'll just have to try it both ways. Can't wait to do this when the weather warms up. I currently have a Normal Bose navigation radio installed in my Yukon. That, on its own made, my system sound much better. The prices have come down on the Lux amps, and I was able to buy a brand new NOS Lux Nav radio for 400.00 that will plug and play with no theft lock eliminating the pricey dealer unlock fee. Hope it all works out well.
