Just picked up a new to us 2017 Yukon (GM CPO). It's wearing All Terrain badges, and clears 275-65r20 BFG K02's. Looks to have a 2" level.

Did these things come with an AT package? I can find nothing referencing such on the K2XX SUV's? Or did someone just do a bit of badge swapping?cb958308b5a3ee1b002b3d6a1f7040f9.jpg

Someone probably leveled it and put a Sierra badge on it. Those wheels look like they are off the truck too.

nice looking rig!

Thx! That was my assumption as well, just wanted a second thought on it. My last GM SUV was on the GMT800 platform, I'm having to re-education myself.

It was an option in the Sierra trucks but not to my knowledge on the SUV. Good looking ride! Love the bigger KO2s on those wheels! Looks really good and the option and finish looks great against the body color! Great looking SUV!

There was and probably still is an All-Terrain package on the pickups.

I've been thinking about that tire size, can you tell if any trimming was done to get them to clear with the wheel hard over or any other reason?

The trucks definitely had an AT package. As far as I know, it was replaced with the AT4 package.

I can find no trimming, or signs of rubbing. I'm considering replacing the KO2's with Nitro Terra Grappler G2's. It's the only tire I can find in a 275/65r20 with a 116 load index. It's 9 lbs lighter than a 126 load index KO2, and only 8 lbs heavier than stock. Should pick up some fuel economy, help the ride, and pull some stress off the drive train. That, or drop to a 275/60r20. That said, I have wild peaks in 275/60r20 on my Ram, and the KO2's on the wife's Yukon look substantially larger.

The 275/60/20 at3w’s are a P rated tire, not an LT tire. Different tread compound, load rating and tread depth. That might be why they look smaller?

I put nitto g2’s on my wifes denali about 50k miles ago and they still look pretty damn good... have been a great tire!

Exactly, P vs LT tires. The construction for sure is what impacts weight. I didn't think about it, but you're correct that they won't squat like a P tire, and would appear taller in application.

That tire looks good! That's definitely they way I'm leaning.
