I am having a different issue with my air ride but hopefully can help and get some help. Took our '23 Yukon in for new tires yesterday and picked it up with the air completely out of the system. There is an error saying "Service Leveling System". I have disconnected both battery cables and even touched the two cables together. (This was recommended on several google searches to help fully drain the battery and erase the memory.)

I bought a OBD2 scanner and am getting an ECM code: U0123-00 "Lost Communication with Automatic Level Control Module"
Apparently this is a pretty generic code but first thing to check is the fuses. I am going to start going through all of the fuses to see if I can find a blown fuse. If someone knows the exact ECM fuse's that control the RLCM, ALC, ESCM I would greatly appreciate some help.

Sorry, I don't mean to hijack the thread but maybe this will help both of us.

FIrst thing - if you took it to a shop for work without any errors and now its got errors, it needs to go right back to them (and shouldn't have left - they now can claim that things were fine when you picked it up and the error occurred sometime after you left).

I would guess that if all they did was tire change, then maybe they knocked a level sensor loose, or worst case broke a connector or a cable and shorted something out, but it should be near the wheel if that's all they were working on. Side note - if it were me, I probably wouldn't be using this shop again for anything if they give me any kind of lip about resolving the issue. Things gotta go pretty sideways for a tire change to mess up electronics since they shouldn't be touching any of that when they unbolt the wheels and remove/reinstall them.

I'm not going to be much help - not a lot of experience with the air suspension yet, and mine is a 25 so assuming things are different from the 23's. Maybe some other folks can help locate fuses if they have the same model year.

Check out the electrical connectors in the rear on top of the frame, just above where the top shock bolt is. As stated above, a simple tire change should not have impacted this connection, but there have been a number of instances where this connector has become disconnected.
