Afterblow Module Install Questions

I ordered the AC Delco afterblow module to help with my moldy AC condenser issue, and had some electrical questions. Looking at the wiring diagram, it seems straight forward but I do not have enough electrical experience with GM products (Jeep is another thing…) so I want to make sure I’m getting everything in order before chopping wires.

From what I see…
Black: find a good ground at the end
Red: tap into a 12V source — any good options that supply 12V constantly?
Green: cut ground wire from blower motor wiring connection (it’s the black one, correct?) and tap with the green wire
Yellow and Blue: cut the hot wire from the blower wiring connection and tap / bridge(?) with the appropriate color in the right place. The burgundy/purple wire is hot, correct?
Am I missing anything obvious here?

I was not aware that there was such a module, I sold my silverado several years ago because I could not get rid of the musty smell. It would be great if you share the install procedure with us afterwards. Good luck with the install
