So I have 2 green plugs that fit cmatts harness. One of the clock spring then the other that looks to have the inline fuse. Anyone help?

the one on the face of the clock spring plugs into the steering wheel. The fused side would plug into the 12v power which I assume is the harness you ordered.
If I had just looked at the wheel before taking the picture I would have seen the green connector that the one off the clock spring goes to. Installing a heated steering wheel when its 90* out in RI probably wasn't the best idea but it's all installed and working.
