My AC blower speed has been fluctuating. For instance, I may have it turned to setting 3 or 4 and it will all of a sudden significantly reduce output to that of a little more than setting 1; then after a few minutes it will kick back up. WTF? I have a 95 2dr.

Disconnect, clean and reconnect your fan switch and blower connector in case the contacts are dirty or arcing. If a problem is not found there your motor or resistor might be at fault.

I was thinking it may be the resistor, but I didn't think about just cleaning the switch contacts. I will give that a try, Thanks!

I replaced my blower motor and now only my 1 and 4 settings work.. 2 and 3 just shut off the blower.. ? I checked every connection, and made sure it was grounded correctly.. so what the heck is going on?
